Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Within Madhya Pradesh: 2–5 business days
Other locations in India: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
Occasional free shipping offers may apply based on order value or promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Customers can track shipments using the courier partner’s tracking system.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Harsha Natural Farms is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting photos or videos may be required to process replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Acceptance

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Harsha Natural Farms shall not be responsible for delays caused due to unavailability of the recipient.
