Refund & Cancellation Policy — Harsha Natural Farms

1. Overview

At Harsha Natural Farms, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Order cancelled within the permitted time.
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to the nature of agricultural and perishable products, returns may not be accepted once delivered unless damaged.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

5. Return Conditions

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof such as images or videos of damaged/incorrect items may be required.
Products must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable agricultural products once delivered in good condition.
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
